Congratulations to you, Mr. Phoon!
You are deserved for the award. May this award will give you a strong encouragement to lead SMI into a new and better era.
Do enjoy the life as a principal in SMI, and as 'fathers' of every young Michaelians.
SMI's tradition must goes on, and even to be much more stronger than before. Just like the previous 8 years, 5-10 minutes of advises, encouragements, general infomations during every morning's assembly are needed, so that every Michaelians will have the chance to know the progress of the school's developments.
It's important for the students to have the love and care towards the school's matters. Matters that being announced and talked in every morning assembly should be the 'first lesson' for every young Michaelians before they enter their classes.

Why not keep this tradition to go on?
